GreenClean offers customers a one-stop garment care facility that professionally cleans and finishes all types of garments and fabric types. Be it formal wear, leathers, winter wear, wedding dresses, linens, draperies and rugs to fabrics made of silks, wools, rayons and cottons. We can treat all of your fabric care cleaning needs without using any chemical solvents. Come in to see and smell the difference.

Dry Cleaning
We use the Green Earth Cleaning Silicone solvent. Silicone derived from sand is a non toxic, environmentally friendly solvent with no odour, and much safer on beads and trims than the traditional chemical solvents used.

Wet Cleaning
All items that say Dry Clean Only can be professionally Wet Cleaned (professionally cleaning and finishing of garments without the use of chemical solvents).

Laundry
Items such as dress shirts, t-shirts, track suits, jeans, etc. are pre-treated and washed with additives, soap and water before being steamed and pressed. These items are pressed using high pressure and high heat to produce the fine, crisp finish. The finished laundry garments are done without any starch, unless specifically requested. Shirts are hung or folded, whichever you prefer.

Household Items
Items such as table clothes, blankets, comforters, duvets and bed pillows are usually wet cleaned with special attention placed on stain removal. Be assured that you’ll be very happy with the outcome.

Alterations & Repairs
Plain or cuffed pants, hemlines and sleeve lengths, or just a tuck here and there, we can take care of just about any alteration. Stretching/Expanding can also be performed on certain fabrics.

Custom Care
We offer custom care to those customers that are very particular with their clothes and would like us to take extra time on their garment. From hand washing to hand pressing to custom packaging, whatever your particular request may be, we can customize it for you.

Wedding & Christening Gown Preservation
A beautiful memory is worth saving…

With proper care and storage, your cherished Bridal Gown or child’s Christening Outfit will remain beautiful for years. Our exclusive service includes professional cleaning & preservation and a special acid-free container. The type of packaging and the container is what preserves your gown once it has been properly cleaned. Standard boxes become increasingly acidic over time, causing the degradation and discoloration of the contents.

It is very important that your Memory Chest be kept in a cool, dry place. Do not store it in the attic or basement. The attic heat could promote yellowing and the basement dampness can cause mildew. It's best to clean and preserve your gown right after the wedding. Over time, stains become more difficult to remove. The sooner it's properly cleaned and preserved, the better results you'll have. Unprotected, it will fade and yellow, and eventually, it can deteriorate, and become brittle in spots.

We carefully inspect and prepare your bridal gown before cleaning. We check for spots, age, wear areas, any and all needed repairs; loose buttons or beads, open seams, tears, damaged zippers, etc., anything that should be fixed. Beads and other trims are tested for "clean-ability". Some things should be done before cleaning, like removing or reinforcing & covering buttons, so they don't become damaged during cleaning. Your gown is then professionally spotted and cleaned alone in our wet-cleaning system. It's checked again, and if necessary, it's post spotted, then skillfully hand finished. Any other finishing touches, like re-sewing buttons or trims, more repairs, etc., are done at this time. We then perform another complete inspection of your gown to insure that it is in perfect shape. If you had wished to inspect your gown, we will call you at this time for your final inspection before we seal the chest for long-term storage.

Draperies & Rugs
We clean and freshen up your household items, such as area rugs, couch covers, drapery, curtains and decorative pillows. We can also do upholstery or carpet cleaning in your own home.

Sports Equipment and Uniforms
As everyone is aware, sports equipment can be very costly. So why wouldn’t you want to take care of it. Body odour and sweat stains are the most apparent reasons to clean your equipment but sanitizing it from possible mildew and bacterial growth is probably the most important. Leathers, Suedes & Furs
Being animal skins, these materials react to cleaning methods differently. They also require special handling and re-conditioning techniques in the finishing process to return the natural oils that were removed during cleaning to the skin. Special attention to stains is given including sandblasting to remove hard stains. Dieing and water repellents can also be applied.
